Cécilia Fellouse

After having started as an in-house counsel for Shell Chemicals in 1998, Cécilia Fellouse-Guenkel passed the bar in 2000 when she joined the law firm Baker & McKenzie (Paris and Ho-Chi-Minh City, Vietnam). In 2008, she went back to an in-house function as the international legal and compliance director of a medical device company part of investment fund Warburg Pincus’ portfolio.  An independent consultant since 2012, she assists companies in the creation, adaptation and implementation of compliance programs, particularly focusing on anticorruption and bribery.   She’s lived and worked out of Nigeria, Gabon and London where she assisted another Warburg Pincus company on an 18-month mission. A strong believer in operationalized and pragmatic corporate compliance, she is involved in numerous compliance related collective actions and initiatives.
